features of indigl R unlocked! m7                                                                                                                                                                                 So, after much research trying to find an unlocked phone I settled on this...I was going to get the Blu Studio 6.0 phone but the reviews regarding the keyboard issues changed my mine. I've only had this phone for 2 days. First off, the manual sucks! Don't even bother looking at it. Oh, and buy a case ASAP if u can find one. Google "Universal 5.5inch phone case) This phone is big and sleek so get it fast before you drop it. I had to go to a kiosk at the mall and got mine fitted. $20.(UPDATE...the case sucked) Use the one that came with this phone. It works fine for me.

SIM CARD ISSUES
For me, it took all day trying to find how the heck to install my SIM card. I had to insert my SIM card into the second slot on the right. The first slot I haven't had to use yet and my SIM card did not work on the left side.(Virgin Mobile Canada and Straight Talk-Walmart). I can E-mail you if you have trouble inserting. I took photos but Amazon won't let me upload them.

EXTERNAL MEMORY CARD
This was so hard to find!!! There are no links, obvious points/slots or instructions anywhere on how to do this! My husband found ONE youtube video on this phone and discovered where the heck to put the darn thing. The location is the top left side of the back of the phone(remove the battery) its to the left of the first SIM card slot. It has to be inserted straight up or it will slide the wrong way. I have pictures if u need help to see what I'm talking about.
The phone is not as responsive as my Samsung Galaxy 3 but it's OK if you're not in a rush. It has low RAM and memory so I'm guessing that is why the lag switching between apps.
Screen is great! Sound is OK. Headphone jack works with the set it came with...headphone jack does not seem to work in my truck when plugged into my aux plug. Videos look awesome! LOVE the large clear screen! That's it for my review so far...

Update!!!!!!
So after complaining and scheduling a return for this product my husband told me to try some things first to try to eliminate the problem with the phone running EXTREMELY slow. First, he deleted FACEBOOK! Told me to just use it in the browser but I kept messenger. Then since I had a Gmail, Yahoo and Mail.com accounts all on the phone he merged all of them into my one Gmail account so now my phone isn't constantly pushing notifications for them and for Facebook. HUGE DIFFERENCE! Now I have more RAM available and my phone runs much more faster. No more forceclosed apps either! Typing text isn't really smooth and easy like my old Galaxy phone but it's not a big deal for me. The case that came with the phone has been providing support so far with no issues. It sticks very well even when I thought it would surely not support such a big phone. The little suction cup that holds it closed works well also and doesn't sratch the screen. Only minor complaint I have is I don't know how to take screen shots. Not sure if this phone does that. I'll investigate then update.

UPDATE AGAIN! FOUND HOW TO TAKE SCREENSHOTS!
Simply hold the down volume button and the power button at the same time for about two seconds and VOILÀ! No need to download an app like I did which didn't work because it required me to hold the power and menu buttons...which pulls up the menu to reboot/power off the device.

UPDATE #...
My phone came neatly wrapped in a box with white headphones, charging cable and adapter, two batteries and a white case for the phone. Now, the charging cable sucks! It took all night and by the next morning my phone still wasn't charged to 100%. I stopped using it and began using my Samsung S3 charging cable. Phone charges completely in under 2 hours! Battery life is fine..nothing I complain about and I use my phone A LOT.

RAM
This phone has under 1gb of RAM so don't expect it to run quickly using Facebook, Instagram and multiple E-mail servers. It's just a basic phone for surfing the net, downloading movies and watching(great picture quality), texts, calls etc. I was told(after purchasing) by a friend to buy a phone with no less than 2gb of RAM and nothing under quad-core processor if I want it to run smoothly and fast. But since I bought this as a secondary phone for travel I'm content.

SOUND QUALITY
Speaker volume is terrible during phone calls. And don't even let me talk about using speakerphone...I could barely hear the person on the other end and they could barely hear me. I don't use speakerphone even if it's quiet in the area. As far as watching movies...nothing to complain about. It's not super loud but I don't have any problems. Videos look great on this phone.

CAMERA
I've taken great pictures and videos indoors and outdoors with this phone. Obviously, it takes it's best photos outside in daylight.

GPS
I make a lot of deliveries and I count on Google Maps solely for directions. This phone had me all over the place! It took a while to even recognize my vehicle location. When parked...it showed me as being on the next street over. lol...So I don't use this phone for my business, only for the basics.

BOTTOM LINE...
If you bought this phone to use solely for recreation and as your main go to device for everything from important phone calls, Facebook, Instagram, traveling using GPS and multitasking...I don't recommend. Get a phone with more RAM(2+gb) and at least a quad or even better an octa core processor.
I bought this phone solely because of it's price, screen size and to use as my secondary phone for when I leave my country instead of going on a crazy 3 year contract and paying $300 for a upgraded phone and an additional $80 just to unlock it. It works just fine for my needs.
